After loading the materials into the dye beck, heated dye liquor flows continuously from the inner to outer layers under the action of a pump. A reversing mechanism enables alternating circulation direction, ensuring even dyeing at preset temperature and time. When the dye liquor exceeds 98°C, compressed air (or auxiliary pump when full) is applied to raise the boiling point and maintain optimal operation.
